Registry Connect provides fast, efficient service. We offer 3 types of service options for you to choose from.

• Gold Service Option (rush processing, courier delivery)
  Cost - $39.64 per document fee, plus $25 rush processing service fee, plus the courier’s delivery fee.
  (Delivery cost varies according to the destination. Registry Connect will add the courier fee to the sub total and charge your credit card accordingly).

• Silver Service Option (priority processing, mail delivery).
  Cost - $39.64 per document fee, plus $25 priority processing service fee.
  

• Bronze Service Option (standard processing, mail delivery).
  Cost - $39.64 per document fee only (no other fees will apply).

Three Easy Steps to Receiving Your Certificate:

• 1. Print the application form and complete the appropriate sections.

• 2. Fax, mail or courier the application to Registry Connect.

• 3. Have your certificate delivered to you by mail or courier (regular or rush service).

This form is for non-residents of Alberta and for events that occurred within Alberta.

If you live within the Province of Alberta, you must apply for your document through an Alberta Registry Agent. Registry Connect only provides service for people who live outside of Alberta.
